No surprises, just stuff

Don’t get nickel-and-dimed. Here's what’s included at Rancho el Charro

✔️ Pickup at the pickup point

We’ll pick you up at our designated pickup point 15 minutes prior to your reservation, the Los Mangos Bibliotecha in town. It’s about a 15-20 minute ride from the tourist zone to la bibliotecha, and then about a 10-15 minute ride to the ranch.

✔️ Drop-off at the drop-off point

And after your ride, we’ll drop you off at the Los Mangos Bibliotecha.

✔️ Taxes, fees, and handling charges are built-in to the price

So you don’t get surprised by anything, we bake these into the cost of things. We don’t pass them onto you.

✔️ Driver and guide is, well, ours, and on us

We’re not going to let you ride around aimlessly: that’s weird and not very hospitable! We’ll show you around.

If your guide does a great job like all service workers do in Puerto Vallarta, you’re more than welcome to show your appreciation.

✔️ Photos, photos, photos

We’re not professional photographers and we don’t have any fancy printers or things to put your picture in, but we have lots of Instagrammable spots on each ride so you can show off to your friends and tag us, in addition to making and keeping memories.

✔️ Bottled water and light snacks

We love our Costco gold membership and we’ll hook you up with Kirkland’s best bottled water and light snacks.

✔️ Helmet and saddle

The helmet will not win any awards but we love helmets and you should too! The saddle is authentic and smells really good if you’re into that sort of thing.

✔️ Horse

Do not bring your own horse to our ranch. That would be very weird.
